An exceptional learning experience for engineering undergraduates of CUC at GB Academy – Summer Internship Programme (2024/2025)
In a continued stride toward academic excellence and practical innovation, CUC proudly shares moments from the ongoing summer internship program for Mechanical Engineering students (Energy – Mechatronics) at GB Academy. This initiative takes place under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim Ali – University President and former Minister of Antiquities, with the dedicated supervision of Prof. Mostafa Gouda – Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Vice President for Community and Environmental Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Nagi – Vice Dean of the Faculty.
GB Academy, the training arm of GB Auto Group, stands out as one of Egypt’s premier centers for technical and applied education. Renowned for its accredited programs, the academy offers immersive, hands-on training led by a distinguished team of industry professionals. Its mission is to develop the technical competencies of young people in automotive operations, mechanical systems, and electrical engineering using cutting-edge equipment and contemporary curricula.
This partnership reflects our unwavering belief in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application. The first day featured an orientation tour of GB Academy’s technical departments and informative sessions outlining the structure, goals, and specializations within the training program. Our students responded with enthusiasm, actively engaging with the experience and embracing this unique opportunity to witness real-world industrial processes up close. It opened exciting new avenues for specialization and personal growth.
