His excellency obtained a PhD in Joint Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University. He also occupied many positions, including Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Armed Forces, Faculty of Medicine, Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Military Medical Academy, and Head of the Orthopedic Department at the Republican Guard Hospital.
