The agreements focus on the college of Architecture, Urban Planning, and Design as part of CUC's efforts to develop its international relations with top-ranked universities. The agreements were signed by Dr. Amr Marwan Tawfiq, Deputy Founder of City University of Cairo, and Professor Guillermo Cabrera, Dean of Architecture college, Urban Planning, and Design at the University of Buenos Aires. The aim of these agreements is to collaborate on curriculum development, design joint and dual-degree programs, develop college training programs, ensure quality assurance, and facilitate student exchange. It is worth noting that the University of Buenos Aires is ranked 73rd globally and 18th globally in the field of Arts and Design according to the QS ranking.
For Egyptian students applying in 2024 with foreign, Arab, or technical secondary diplomas, the minimum required percentages are:
• Faculty of Engineering: 70%
• Faculty of Art and Design: 58%
• Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences: 58%
For Egyptian students applying in 2024 with the Egyptian General Secondary Education Certificate or Al-Azhar Secondary Certificate (after equivalency), the minimum required percentages are:
• Faculty of Engineering: 68%
• Faculty of Art and Design: 53%
• Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences: 53%

• Language of Instruction: Courses are offered in both English and Arabic. The program duration is 4 years, with students choosing their major starting from the third academic year.
