  • Former Secretary General of the Union of Arab Universities
  • Vice President of the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education.
  • He earned a Bachelor's degree in Russian language from the University of Leningrad in the Soviet Union in 1972 and a PhD in Russian Language and Literature.
  • He graduated from university teaching at the Faculty of Arts in 1977 and became a professor in 1987
  • He held several administrative positions, such as: Head of the Russian Language Department at King Saud University, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al Alsun for Community Service and Environmental Development, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Dean of the Faculty, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, Federation of Arab Universities.
  • Member of the Supreme Council of Culture - Representative of the Supreme Council of Universities, Member of the National Specialized Councils, Member of the Translation Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture, Member of the International Association of Russian Language Professors and Literature, President of the World Federation of University Presidents for the region. Middle East (North Africa and South West Asia).
  • He has participated in many scientific conferences in Asia and Europe. He has also published many scientific researches in Egypt and abroad in various periods, in addition to publishing many translations in the political, economic, scientific and religious fields.
